Contingencies | Racing ~ ACT / Performance Clutch Kits, Clutches and Flywheels

ACT recognizes the importance of manufacturer support for Sport Compact racing and will continue offering cash payouts for racer’s that support the ACT product. Racers using an ACT Clutch or XACT flywheel in the four Race Series may be eligible for cash payouts. Eligible classes and participation details may be obtained from ACT or the Race organization directly.

Eligibility for contingency payment requires use of ACT product and placement of yellow act contingency sticker on vehicle at event. Request for contingency payout must be made in writing with photographic proof of sticker on vehicle and proof of ACT part (if possible) within 30 days or contingency money is forfeit.
